Mark Mussell asked Charlotte Godwin [both from Bournemouth] to marry her, during ‘Tell me lies’ [Charlotte’s favourite song] sung by Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac at the closing set of The Isle of Wight Festival on Suday 14th June. Was the heart shaped firework a tribute? They celebrated with champagne in The Zebra Bar and Champagne Garden on the Festival site. She said yes, by the way!
